These terms of sale and delivery apply to purchases of goods, by private consumers, at spreeglee.com for delivery in Denmark and Scandinavia.

1 Booking and payment:
Spreeglee.com is open 24 hours a day, so you can almost always shop. However, it may happen that we close the shop due to maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and accessible. To shop at spreeglee.com you must be 18 years of age and hold a valid debit card, which we accept. However, if you are not yet 18 years of age, you can still buy goods if you have obtained your guardian's acceptance or otherwise have the legal right to make the purchase.
2 How to buy on spreeglee.com (private customers only):
You choose the items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping cart"You can, right up to the time of ordering, correct the contents of the shopping cart, and you can continuously check the contents as well as the price of the goods. Any extra payments for eg shipping will first be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay. When you are ready to order, click on "View Basket" or "Box" where you enter your name, address, possibly delivery address, e-mail, choose a form of payment. Unless you are already logged in with your created member account. You can change the contents of the shopping cart until you confirm your purchase by pressing the "Pay" button. Then your order goes to spreeglee.com

Payment via ViabiIl: When purchasing with ViaBill you will receive your goods firstThen pay your monthly allowance on the 20thin each month. 3 Receipt of order receipt and order confirmation:
Once you have ordered an item with us, you will receive a receipt for our receipt of your order on your mail.
Who delivers your package? Your package will be shipped with PostNord.
What does it cost? The price may vary according to the different types of delivery, the price will always appear in the purchase phase. When delivering to addresses in Denmark, the parcels are shipped with PostNord, the delivery is to the address you have chosen as the delivery address. There are the following options for delivery:

We always offer free shipping to all PostNord parcel boxes or delivery points in Denmark. Delivery to private or corporate address costs £ 4.00 unless otherwise agreed.
How long will it take? Products in stock are usually delivered within 1-3 business days. Unless otherwise agreed (eg in connection with the reservation of products not in stock). If there are exceptions for the given product, this will appear on the checkout and / or on the current product page on the Website. Unless otherwise expressly agreed and if a delivery is delayed more than 30 business days and this is not caused by you as a customer, you are entitled to cancel the purchase order.
If a package is to be picked up at a specific delivery location, the customer must do so within the time specified on the message. Packages usually have to be picked up in person with valid identification and order number. The customer will receive a delivery message indicating where and when the package should be picked up or received. The message may be sent by e-mail, regular mail or by SMS if the customer has provided a mobile number. If you do not pick up the package we will charge the shipping to return to us.
On the same day the order is sent to you, you will receive one invoice per email. Remember to check your spam / junk mail folder if the mail doesn't show up normally. Only when the order is shipped will the payment of your order be completed.
You, as a consumer, have 14 days to cancel.

When you shop online and at spreeglee.com you usually have 14 days right of withdrawal where you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then 14 days from the time you informed us of your regret to return the item.
The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitutional day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day. In the case of several different goods ordered in a single order, but delivered individually, or a goods delivered in several lots, the period runs from the receipt of the last item or lot.
* NOTE! Items added to the order at no charge, ie free promotional gifts, cannot be returned. The gift is only available for a period specified by date or "as long as stocks last".
After receipt, you must handle the goods alone in a way that allows you to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. If the item has lost value and is because you have used it in a way other than what was needed to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you can only recover a portion of the purchase price. The amount you can recover depends on the trade value of the product, and in some cases it may mean that you can only recover the shipping costs. We recommend sending the item back in its original packaging, if the included packaging is missing, it may cause a loss of value for the item.

On return, make sure the goods are securely wrapped. You are responsible for the package / goods until we receive it. Therefore, save mail receipt as well as any track and trace number.
IMPORTANT We expect you to ship the goods as soon as possible after you have canceled your order and return it within 14 days of submitting your return request online.
Documentation for your purchase and return form You must enclose in the package a return note and delivery note that was included in the package upon delivery.

6 Repayment of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, no additional delivery costs will apply in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), within 14 days of the day we are has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement. We will refund the money with the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We can withhold payment until we receive the item, unless you send us documentation to have it returned.
NOTE: You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. It happens if the value of the product is impaired because
- you have actually used the product,
- it was damaged while you were responsible for it,
- you have handled the goods in a manner other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods,
- you have not followed the restrictions on the right of withdrawal that result from sealing, product type etc.
Your purchase is covered by the Purchase Act, including the deficiency rules. This means that you can get the money back if the complaint is justified and that the defect did not occur as a result of improper use of the product or other injurious behavior.
You must contact us within "reasonable time"
You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you discover the defect in the item. We recommend advertising as soon as possible.

When returning the item, please state as detailed as possible what the problem isIt is not a requirement, but it facilitates our handling of the case, and minimizes the processing time for the complaint.
If the complaint is justified, we will of course reimburse your reasonable shipping costs to return the item to usOtherwise, you will have to bear all transport costs yourself, including our shipping costs for returning the item after examination.
Remember that the item must always be shipped in proper packaging and receive a receipt for shipment. You are responsible for the package / goods until our receipt. Therefore, save mail receipt including information on shipping costs and any track and trace number.
Note! We do not receive packages sent by mailclaims or similar.

The above data is stored with information on what goods you purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf.section 10 of the Accounting Act, after which the information is deleted.
However, if you have created a login to be able to self-service with us, your personal information and order information will not be deleted, unless you ask us to do so.The personal information is registered with Spreeglee ApS. We also cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. Information is not disclosed or sold to a third party unless this is done in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the business. Any disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the personal data law applicable at all times.

10 Law choice and venue:
Purchase of items on spreeglee.com is governed by Danish law. Any dispute is settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
