1. How to return!

– Put the goods in the box
Put the original wrapped items in the packet box.
Close it thoroughly and make sure everything is safely packed.

– Add the following return address.

– Send the return
Take your package to the nearest post office and hand it over.
Remember to get a receipt.

– Refund
Once your return is registered in our stock, you will receive a confirmation by email.
If you have already paid for the item, we will refund the amount within a few days.

(Note: We do not accept packages sent by payment on delivery.)

 

Refund policy

When we receive the goods, we check it and you get the amount you have paid to us upon purchase back.

The amount is always transferred to the same payment method you used for the purchase. Have you paid by card, the purchased amount will be reversed to the payment card you used for the purchase.

NOTE:

You can lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the product is impaired because

  •          you have actually taken the goods in use,
  •          it has been damaged while you were responsible for it,
  •          you have håndtereret product otherwise than was necessary to enable you to determine the nature, characteristics and the way they work on
  •          you have not followed the restrictions on the right of withdrawal arising from sealing, product type etc.
  •          we do not receive the return package [to avoid cheating, since we can track packages – we can track them? Talk with post north]

Please send a copy of your receipt from the dispatch to [email protected] and enter your order number in the email.
