These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods by private consumers, on spreeglee.wpengine.com for delivery in Denmark and Scandinavia.

1. Orders and payment

Spreeglee.com is open 24 hours a day, and you can almost always act. However, it may happen that we close the shop for maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.

To act on spreeglee.wpengine.com you must be 18 years old and hold a valid debit card which we accept. If you are not yet 18 years of age, you may still purchase items if you have obtained your guardian’s consent or otherwise have a legal right to enter into the purchase.


2. How to Buy on spreeglee.wpengine.com (only private clients)

You choose the items you want to buy and put them in the “shopping basket”. You can right up until the time of order edit the contents of the shopping cart, and you can frequently check the contents and price of the goods.

Any additional payments for such as freight and debit card fees will be calculated just before you are ready to pay.When you are ready to order, click on “View Cart” or “Pay”, where you enter your name, address, if necessary delivery address, email, phone and select a payment form. Unless you are already logged in with your created member account.You can change the content in the shopping cart right up until you confirm your purchase by clicking on the button “Confirm order and Pay”. Thereafter your order moves to spreeglee.wpengine.com

3. Acknowledgement of receipt of order and order confirmation

When you order an item from us, you will receive an acknowledgment of our receipt of your order on your mail. We take reservations for sold out items as well as press and pricing errors, and the binding purchase agreement is not applicable until you have received an invoice from us confirming your purchase.


4. Delivery

Who delivers your package?

Your package will be shipped with GLS.


What does it cost?

For delivery to addresses in Denmark, packages will be shipped with GLS, delivery will be made to the address you have chosen as delivery address. There are the following options for delivery:

  • Home address
  • Firm address
  • GLS package shop


The purchase of 999 DKK gives you free delivery.


How long does it take?

Products in stock are normally delivered within the number of days specified on the Site. Unless otherwise agreed (eg in connection with reservation of products not available), the product will be delivered within 30 business days after Spreeglee has confirmed the order in writing through order confirmation. The expected delivery time is specified in the order confirmation, at checkout and / or the current product page on the website. Unless otherwise is expressly agreed and if a delivery is delayed more than 30 days, and this is not caused by you as a customer, you are entitled to cancel the purchase order.


If a package is to be collected at a specified place of delivery, the customer must do so within the period specified in the notice. Packages must normally be picked up in person with valid identification and order number. The customer will receive a delivery notice indicating where and when the package is to be picked up or received. The message can be sent as e-mail, regular mail or by phone or SMS, if the customer has reported a mobile number. Spreeglee is entitled to charge the customer a fee of 149 DKK if the package is not collected.

You will receive your order within 1-3 business days after placing the order. On the same day as the order is shipped to you, you will receive an invoice by email. Remember to check your folder with spam / junk mail if the mail isn’t turning op in your inbox.


5. Return

14 days to cancel

When you shop online and on spreeglee.wpengine.com you usually have 14 days to cancel and notify us that you regret your purchase and will return the item to us.

The right to cancel runs from the day you received the items. If the period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve deadline is extended to the following business day. In case of multiple goods ordered in one order but are delivered separately, or a product delivered in several batches, the period runs from the receipt of the last item.

* Attention! Products added to the order without charge, i.e. free gifts for campaigns can not be returned. The gift is only available for a period specified by date or “while supplies last”.

After receiving the items you are only allowed to handle the goods in a way that you can establish the nature, characteristics and the way they work.

To withdraw, you must by an unequivocal statement notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You can use this standard withdrawal form if you wish to cancel your purchase. Find it here [link to return note].

(Note: We do not accept packages sent by payment on delivery.)


When returning the items you should make sure that they are securely wrapped. You have the responsibility for the package / goods until we receive it. So keep postal receipt and possible and tracking number if possible.



We anticipate that you dispatch as soon as possible after you have given notice of cancellation, and you must dispatch within 14 days after you regret.

Documentation of your purchase and return form

Include the return form that is attached to your invoice that you received per. email in the package that you ship back to us. If you have deleted your invoice, return the form found here [link to return note].


6. Repayment

When we receive the items, we check them and you get paid back the amount you have paid to us upon purchase.

The amount is always transferred to the same payment method you used for the purchase. Have you paid by card, the purchased amount will be reversed to the payment card you used.


You can lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the product is impaired because

– You have actually taken the goods in use,

– It has been damaged while you were responsible for it,

– You have dealt with the product otherwise than was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way they work

– You have not followed the restrictions on the right of withdrawal arising from sealing, product etc.


7. Complaints

Your purchase is covered by the Sale of Goods Act, including lack rules. This means that you can get your money back if the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.

You must contact us within “reasonable time”

You must complain within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. We recommend that you contact us soon as possible.

When you return the product, please enlighten as detailed as possible what the problem is. Feel free to use our complaint form, which you can download here [link to return note]. It is not a requirement, but it eases our casework, and minimizes processing time for your complaint.


If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping charges to send the product back to us. Otherwise, you must bear all costs of transport, including our freight costs for the return of items after the investigation.

Remember that the product must always be in proper packaging and get a receipt for shipment. You have the responsibility of the package / items until we receive it. So keep postal receipt incl. information on freight costs and tracking number if possible.

Note! We do not receive packages sent by payment on delivery.


8. Privacy

In order to act on spreeglee.wpengine.com you must state at least:

Telephone / mobile number


The above data is stored with information about the items you bought for 5 years from the end of the financial information relates, see Bookkeeping Act § 10, after which data are deleted.

Have you created a login to be able to make self-service with us, your personal information and order information will not be deleted unless you ask us to do so.

Information is not passed on or sold to third parties, except in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure of such a situation would be in accordance with the then-current privacy legislation.

As a customer you may inspect our registration of data about you and you may object to a registration under the rules of this act on processing of personal data and a request regarding this can be sent to  [email protected] with “personal data “in the subject field.


9. Cookies

By using spreeglee.wpengine.com you agree that we use cookies. A cookie is a small data file that we place on your computer to keep track of what is happening during your visit and to recognize the computer. A cookie is not a program and do not contain viruses.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Purchases of goods on spreeglee.wpengine.com is subject to Danish law. Any dispute settled by the Danish courts.
